Returns Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Worn or damaged footwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale items marked as final purchase

Returns Process
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal on our website. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Special Footwear Considerations
All returned footwear must:

  • Show no signs of wear outdoors
  • Have clean interiors and exteriors
  • Include original shoe boxes
  • Have intact sole protectors

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, including original shipping charges.
